I have two goals, one goal is that I would like to learn new things. Another goal is I would like to have all A's and E's this year. I have only two things that I really like: I like watching videos and playing Scrabble. One of my favorite spelling games is Scrabble. I mean like I just love playing Scrabble. One of my teachers had 7 Scrabble boxes in her classroom.

Dear Momma Sharon,

I am doing really good in school. So how are you doing in school as a teacher? How is Daddy Jens?

I am doing really good in piano class. Have you met Mrs. Lee, she's my new piano teacher. She's really fun! She gives us pieces of candy if we try to get an answer right, or if we be quiet when she tells us to, and so on.

Report cards went out Wednesday last week. I made all A's and one B! Next time I guarantee ya I'll make all A's. Oh, yeah I made E Club, if you don't know what E Club is, it's when you meet you with one of your teachers in your grade, then you will eat pizza, nachos and etc. Well, that's all I wanted to say!

My Life

Hello Readers,

On June 16, XXXX I was born. My name is a beautiful name AKM. I was five pounds and two ounces. I went to ADT daycare. When I graduated I graduated as a Valedictorian. I did better than my brother.

After that I went to kindergarten at DTE. I was in Mrs. Barbee's class. All you do in kindergarten is just play with building blocks and have nap and snack time. It was really fun. I used to switch with Mrs. Moak. She's really nice she used to give out candy when you recite your ABC's without pausing. Those were the best years of my life.

Then I went to first grade. I was 6 1/2 years old in the first grade. I was in Mrs. Heap's class and I switched classes with Mrs. Walkner. Mrs. Heap also gave out candy. Mrs. Walkner was fun and so was first grade.

Next I went to second grade. I was 7 1/2 in the second grade. I was in Mr. Cain's room for the first two weeks of school, then I had to change to Mrs. Roten's room. Mr. Cain was really fun. Mrs. Roten was fun also.

Then I was 8 1/2 in the third grade I was in Mrs. Smithers' class. I switched with Mrs. D. Johnson, she is nice she can teach math and make you really want to learn. math. Mrs. Smithers made reading fun also.

After that I went through fourth and fifth grade. Between those grades I've gone to Iceland, Sweden, Denmark, and I went on a cruise to Cozumel Mexico. I've gone to a lot of places from the fourth through the fifth grade. Last but not lease I've gone to Disney World for a week, we had a very fun time, we had our own house with a pool and everything. Now I'm in the sixth grade and I wish I could look into the future.

Creative Writing - The Missing Golden Shoe Story

I hope you like reading my story. My assignment was to write a creative story and this is what I wrote. I hope you like reading it.

The Missing Golden Shoe

One day there was a girl named A.J. the A and J stand for Agent Jazmen. She was one of the best spyers in the world! She goes to Spy Middle School. She is eleven years old. She did not like her life because she always had to be undercover and stuff. Her parents got taken away because they broke one of the rules in The Best Spyers Rules Book so the S.A. (stands for Secret Agent) took them away and A.J. never saw them again! She thought they were dropped down in some kind of gas that when something touches it the object automatically just turns into air. Now she lives with her grandma Lisa or you could just call her A.G.L. (stands for Agent Grandma Lisa.) The C.O.A.O. (stands for Capital of Agent Associations) said that she had to fight the best S.A. in the WORLD! But A.J. thinks she can't beat anybody who's older than her, but A.G.L. always convinces her every morning that she can do anything when you set your mind to it. O yeah, did I tell you that her A.G.F. (Stands for Agent Grandpa Frank) lives with her, and A.B.(stands for Agent Butterfly) who is a cat.

As I said before she goes to Spy Middle School. Her teacher was Ms. Penelope she was in Spy Prison for making an agent do too much spy work in one day. She was in prison for three whole years so if I were you I wouldn't even think about doing that! And in Spy City that is the fourth most important law in Spy City! Now back to the story!
So her teacher was in Spy Prison and dah, dah, dah dah, dah so Ms. Penelope was the strictest teacher in Spy City and that was one of the reasons why she didn't like her life. She had two best friends their names were A.J2. (Stands for Agent Jessica ) and A.J3. (Stands for Agent Jakala). They were really good friends. In Jazmen’s school there was a thief called A.N. (stands for Agent Nobody) he was a really good spyer so one day he saw some golden shoes just sitting in the hallway so he said, “Whoever shoes these are about to be on my mom's feet, because her favorite color was gold and she loves shoes.”

So when A.J. saw him taking the shoes she said to herself should I bust him right in the hallway or should I wait and bust him right in front of A.B. (Stands for Agent Briano)? Then she said to herself that she was going to bust him in front of A.B. So after that day she was in the middle of her spy lesson and she saw that A.N. he still had the golden shoes he had stuffed them in his desk with a lot of other papers and spy gadgets and stuff. The lunch bell rang and everyone packed their things and got ready for lunch. When A.J. was in the lunch room, the line for lunch was too long so she went back to the classroom to get some money so she could buy slush or something.

But right before she came into the classroom she has just remembered that A.N. had those golden shoes. As she came into the room, A.N. and A.B. where still in the room getting their stuff ready for lunch so she said to herself that this is the right time to bust A.N. for stealing the golden shoes. So she said really bud that A.N. stole your golden shoes to A.B. and A.B. said are you silly A.J. because A.B. liked A.N. so A. J. had to try harder to convince her so she closed her eyes and thought for a minute and she opened her eyes and said wait a second I can ask the principal to let her see the hallway video tapes for the hallway cameras then she quickly snatched the tape away from the principals hands and ran down to Ms. Penelope’s room then she slipped the tape in and proved that she was telling the truth! And that was the story of the Missing Golden Shoes!

A Flashback Scene
My Summer Vacation to Europe

There are three reasons why I will never forget my summer vacation to Europe. I went to the Blue Lagoon Spa with my kin named Carly, Devin, Evyn, Cousin Stephanie and Cousin Damel. I saved a jelly fish at the North Sea. I flew first class with my cousins.
First, my cousins and I rode the bus to the Blue Lagoon Spa and we saw a lot of lava beside the road while we were on the bus. We even saw some volcanoes. The hot steaming spa water really relaxed you, because the water was 98 degrees it took me an hour to get used to it and put my body in. My cousins and I put some of the lava sand from the bottom of the spa on our faces to make our skin soft.
Second, I did three special things the first time I went to the North Sea. I helped a jellyfish get back to it’s home in the North Sea and I was ecstatic. I walked along the beach to collect sea shells with Daddy Jens who was my companion. Carly and I started to dig and dig and dig up a lot of sand, we made a big hole that her body was able to fit in.
Lastly, first class is the best way to fly when you are traveling on a long journey. I felt very audacious sitting with the business people behind me in first class. The passengers in first class were gregarious, because they kept asking us questions. The stewardess checked on us constantly asking us if we needed anything.
In conclusion, if you ever go to Europe go to The Blue Lagoon Spa, the North Sea beach and fly first class, so you will always remember your trip.

Trip to Disney World

Well, this is my first time writing since the summer I think. Well anyway my family on my mom's side went to Disney World on July 3rd and I happen to go with them! *cool down aliyah* Before the trip I cannot wait to get there. Before we went to Disney World we (my brother and I) went to ATL by plane. I texted my cousin Carly and she was like you know that all planes have the radio on the arm rest if my nook color went out, oh yeah that's right I forgot to tell you that I have a nook color. Anyway back to what I was saying, we were there for the week of July 4 and you should already know that it was crowded that week. Another thing, I knew that they would have fireworks going off all night. They were very loud and very beautiful and colorful in the sky at night. We got up early so we could get some speed passes(a speed pass is a pass that you can get for free if you wake up early in the morning and then you can just go around scanning it then it will start beeping or something and you'll have blank min.,sec.to get there so I that helped us get through the day plus we got on a lot of rides, almost every single ride there in one whole day! Oh yeah, sometimes we rode the rides more than one time like the Space Mountain. You have to get on this ride to understand, it was so fun and good. I am laughing about the ride as I am typing this post.

But the coolest thing of all is that we are not staying in a hotel room in Disney World because it cost to much so we are renting a condo but I honestly thinks its better because if we were staying in a hotel room you could not go to the pool at night(midnight) but we can do whatever we want to do but we still have to follow the rules they give us at the front desk (so that's a bummer). The cool thing is that the condo is right down the street from Disney so if we all get up early enough I'm sure we'll be there in time to get some speed passes. Well, I have so much more to say but my hands are getting tired so I'm going to let them rest because I don't want to get any cramps in my hands because that would be terrible;( Well, I hope you liked my post Bye!;)

We went to the cheese factory right before the beach and boy was that factory stinky. The factory literally smelled like sugar, my brother's dirty socks, and sour milk if you combine them all together. It literally awakened my olfactory sense of smell. The smell made my flesh crawl and when I am thinking about it now putting this on my blog, I am scratching my legs because my flesh crawled. It was kind of funny.

I couldn’t see any sand or water all I saw was a lot of green houses (they recycled a lot of things) like they had flowers growing on top of the houses. The tops of them looked so pretty. We had to go inside for lunch and then we kept on eating because some of us was really hungry from that really long drive. We all had a muffin with a strawberry on top of like a cherry on top. We put on our swimming suits under our clothes so it would be easier to change when we got to the beach.

The daredevil and mooncar

We went to Emil, Mikkel, Jeppe, and Rasmus’s house and rode mooncars and fell a lot of times. O, yeah, the next part I am going to tell you is really funny just believe me it really, really, really funny so this is what happened. Emil, Mikkel, Jeppe and Rasmus have these mooncars, I will call them cars for short. We were just rolling along and guess what Carly fell back when we went down the big daredevil, but she didn’t survive and she flipped over. It was so, so, so, so, soooo funny everybody was like ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, but she didn’t get hurt and the funny thing is she was laughing too. So I’m like uh if she’s laughing I think we can laugh too. But wait, there is something else funnier. Evyn was going down the Daredevil and she flipped over too but this time the mooncar was on top of her, she was on her stomach, she looked so, so, so, so, funny! You should have seen it. Luckily I didn’t fall though….

We went on a boat ride in Lego Land and we went to this ride called Power Builder. It was so fun it is where you can build your own roller coaster and get on it. It is so fun man I can’t even stop talking about it.! Oh yeah, I went on this ride it was called the twister then the rest was in Danish. Then we went on a Viking ride with motor activated leg that made talking scary sounds like Vikings. We all got wet with water, there was no dry spot on me except my shoes. Then we ate ice cream.

We landed in Denmark, we had to ride a train. Before we got on the train, Carly’s luggage rolled down the ramp because she accidentally let go of it and it was so so so sooooo funny! It sounded like zzzzzzzrrrrrrrruuuuuupppppppp! Ha, Ha, Ha,Ha! The train was advanced because it had paintings on the back of the wall. One of them was a butterfly, I love butterflies!

Here I am in Iceland about to get off the plane. I am so excited to be going to Copenhagen. I just found out that we have to get on another plane, we are in Keflavik right now and we have to get to Copenhagen. On the plane we had lasagna, some people had French fires and chocolate bars. O, yeah, we had some pretzels, bar-b-Que chips and small toasted bread. I also ate 2 nutri-grain bars. I had to get my stuff together because we are landing. My ears began to hurt so Damel gave me some gum.

It was June 25 and I was at the JFK airport. This is how it happened when we got on the train shuttle, I started to call my mom and I said, “I love you and stuff but then the phone cut off. When we got off the train we checked in at the security check line, where you have to take off your shoes, then we went upstairs to the food court. We had to change our money for Iceland money. Then we went to our gate, Carly and Devon called their parents. When I started to cry, everybody tried to cheer me up, then cousin Stephanie said “if it wasn’t for you we all wouldn’t be here right now so cheer up." Guess what I cheered up!

Well when I got up this morning well really I didn’t get myself up Cousin Stephanie woke me up it was like 5:00 in the morning! We got ready to go, everybody got in a really big truck, it was a Chevrolet. My uncle Carl and Charles drove us to the airport in New York city where we are taking Iceland Air to Denmark. We went thorough Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey to New York. We went over the Delaware Memorial Bridge. I am so, so, so, so, so, so excited.

My trip to Denmark!

Hello Readers,

I am back in the United States, my cousins Carly, Evyn, Devon and I went to Denmark with Cousins Stephanie and Damel. We had fun, fun, fun, fun and more fun!!!! We went to visit my Mama Sharon and other family members who live there. We traveled by train to Cophenhagen, Vejle, Sweden, and Iceland. We went to Lego land, the North Sea, a cheese factory, a Viking Museum, we rode on a boat in the canal and saw some pretty buildings,the church was 1000 years old, we celebrated my birthday and my cousin Devon's birthday, too. On our way back home we visited the Blue Lagoon Spa in Iceland.

I have so much to tell you from my travel journal and so many pictures to show you!!!

Martin Luther King Jr. was born on January 15, 1929 in Atlanta, Georgia. He spent a lot of time in his father's church listening to his him preach. Martin Luther King, Jr. went to college and became a minister like his farther. In 1955 people who lived in the south were made to sit in the back of buses because it was a law. Dr. King wanted his people to win equal rights in a peaceful way. One of Dr. Kings biggest marches was held on August 28, 1963. It was called the March on Washington. Thousands of people marched peacefully to the Lincoln Memorial. Dr. King gave his famous "I have a dream..." speech. His dream was that all people would one day be treated equally. He was the second black American to be awarded the Nobel Peace prize. Dr. King continued working for the civil rights until he was shot and killed in 1968 at age thirty-nine.:(

Saturn is the 6th planet and it is the 2nd biggest planet.

It is 886 million miles from the sun

It lies between Uranus and Jupiter, so all you have to do is hop to Uranus, skip to Jupiter and Ring over to Saturn

One of the features when you get there you will see 7 thin rings. The 7 rings is the best feature of the planet. Saturn's rings can be seen with a small telescope.

My Nashville Trip State Capitol and Museum

Hello Readers,

When we visited Nashville we went to the State Capitol building. Did you know that people are buried inside the walls of the building? The tour guide told us that people are buried inside the walls of the building. We were sitting in that room at that time and he went over there to show us where it was. He touched the wall and it was creepy to me because he went over there and touched the and I am like... uh. Isn't this place haunted? After that he showed us the rest of the capitol building.

We also went to the Capitol Museum, was a cool place to visit in Nashville. We visited the room where they decide where the laws are made. We looked inside the room because it was blocked off by red ropes.

I had a lot of fun on this field trip!

We went to Nashville, TN on a field trip. We visited the home of Andrew Jackson, our 7th president serving two terms from 1829 to 1937.

Andrew Jackson: born on March 15, 1767 in Waxhow, South Carolina. He became a lawyer. He was the first man to be elected from Tennessee to the House of Representatives, and in 1797 served a year in the U.S. Senate before resigning and becoming a Tennessee Supreme Court Judge.

He built a large mansion in Nashville, TN known as the “Hermitage.” He is widely remembered for killing a man during a duel while defending his wife’s honor.

His nickname was “Old Hickory” due to his rough and tough behavior. One of the most controversial times of his presidency was his policy regarding American Indians. He was a leading advocate of a policy known as” Indian Removal”, signing the Indian Removal Act into law in 1830. This led to the deaths of over 4000 Cherokee Indians as they suffered hardships on the “Trial of Tears”

I Declare Multiplication

Oh yeah, me and my mom made up a new game called I Declare Multiplication!
It helped me to learn my multiplication facts. I will tell you how to play it.

What you will needed to play:
1 deck of regular playing cards (you will need 1 decks of cards for every 2 people)
Pen or pencil
Notebook paper or typing paper

How to play the game. (2 or more players)
1. Decide which number you will use to multiply by
2. Deal the deck of cards evenly between the players
3. Everybody who is playing pull one card from the top of your cards and lay it down face upwards
5. The person learning the time tables will have to multiply the numbers and write the number on a piece of paper.
6. Then you decide who put down the highest number (if someone put down the same thing as someone else they have to do I DECLARE MULTIPLICATION)
6. Everybody keeps on pulling one card from the top of their deck in hand until there is one person who has all the cards
7. HAVE FUN!!!!!!!

The sock hop at school

Do you know what a {sock hop} is? Well if don't know what a sock hop is, it is a dance. We had a sock hop at my school. They played loud music. Oh yeah, there was a boy who knew how to do the moon walk. He did it his way not the way Michael Jackson does the moon walk. The sock hop lasted for 2 hours but it seemed like 4 hours. We had 2 tickets to buy something to drink and some popcorn.

My mom has been asking me to post a letter to the toothfairy on my blog. I had a tooth to come out while I was eating some candy. I was chewing on some laffy taffy and I felt something hard in my mouth. I knew something was wrong because laffy taffy is chewy. I pulled the hard piece of candy out and it was my tooth. I ran and told my mom what had happened and she helped me. If you have a loose tooth, if you eat laffy taffy then it will help to pull your tooth out.

My mom said do not eat laffy taffy because it is not good for your teeth.

I will never forget my ninth birthday. My cousin Stephanie threw me an Asian theme birthday party. :-) My cousins and friends gave me wonderful presents. They surprised me with a purse that has butterflies on it. It also had flowers, love, and hearts on it. We played soccer, we danced, and we ate. My cousins and I went to the movies, the Smithsonian Museum, and we went to Ocean City Beach and I saw "Up" the movie in 3D and I saw "The Battle of the Smithsonian".
I was excited to have my last one digit number birthday and next year it will be two digit numbers.

Oh yeah, and I was excited to turn nine!!!

I will never forget my visit to Ocean City Beach. My Cousin Stephanie had to drive us there. We had to drive on a long bridge across the water to get there. It was so scary!!! We unpacked and put on our swimming suits. It was a rainbow of swimming suits because we all had different colors on! We had on orange, blue, sky blue, blue green, purple, pink. We ran down to the beach. A big wave came and knocked us all down! Then the next day we went to the Amusement Park. It was the most beautifulest beach you could ever imagine!!!

Smithsonian Butterfly Display

When I was at the Smithsonian Museum looking at the First Lady dresses, we also looked at the Butterfly exhibit. It was a butterfly exhibit, with real butterflies and real plants. We had to learn the safety rules before we went inside in case a butterfly landed on you. A butterfly landed on my cousin, Carly's pink jacket and she was afraid. I had on a green blouse with butterflies in it, but no butterfly landed on me. They sleep in boxes and the blue butterflies were the male butterflies.

The First Lady Dresses Tour

We went to see the First Ladies Dresses that they wore to the Inaguration ball. They were so pretty. My favorite was the one that was green that had flowers on the bottom. I do not remember who it belonged to. Green is my mom's favorite color.

Summer Tour 2009 - Bowie

My uncle Carl drove us to our last stop in our summer tour. It was to Bowie, Maryland to vist my cousin Stephanie and Mike for 2 weeks. Cousin Stephanie took us to Ocean City to the Beach. There was a huge wave that came to the shore and knocked us off of our feet. It was so funny because we all got wet. I collected a lot of sea shells and put them in my bag to take home with me. I had lots of fun!

First, I went from home to my Aunt B's house where I stayed for one week. Evyn, Carly, J'lisa and I had a lot of fun. We watched movies, played Rock Band on the Wii, and played Monopoly. My grandmother would come and pick us up and take us to her house and we would eat lunch and have watermelon for a snack.

My cousin graduated from High School. Congratulations J'lisa!!

I also went to Atlanta, Georgia and Bowie, Maryland for the rest of my summer tour.

Then we had to go up a very steep hill with no stairs. then when we got to the end of the tour I saw a big waterfall and it was splashing water everywhere on everybody. Then after that I felt scared because I thought we were going to do the tour again. Then we found out that the name of the cave was named after a little girl named Ruby Falls. So why won't you go to Ruby Falls?

Georgia Aquarium Field Trip

Hello Readers,

We had fun!!! The Georgia Aquarium had areas so we could go inside and see the fish and other sea animals. I saw a fish that looked like he had a mohawk when we walked inside.

The Coldwater Quest was where we saw a Beluga Whales. They put on a show for us by swimming around the pool. One time the whale almost made the shape of a heart. He opened his mouth and showed us his teeth. The other two Beluga Whales were shy and they went over behind the rocks to hide. Oh yea, and they had a circle playground to play in.

The Ocean Voyager had a big window that you stood in front of and looked at all kinds of fish. There was also lots of fish swimming over your head.

The Tropical Diver is where we stood in front big window and I saw a blue fish that looked like Dorree from "Finding Nemo".

They had a petting area so when you go over there you will be able to pet the baby sharks and the baby sting rays. I know that they took the stinger out because we did not get stung when you touched them. They feel slimy when you touch them.

It was cool.
