Epiphany-Commonly known as Three Kings’ Day in the United States, is on January 6. It celebrates the three wise men’s visit to baby Jesus and also remembers his baptism, according to the Christian Bible’s events. This includes students who attend Catholic and other church schools. Priests usually place blessed ashes in form of the cross on individuals’ foreheads to remind them of mortality, sorrow for sins, change, and forgiveness. Hello Readers, Who - Barack Obama was born on August 4, 1961. His mother's name was Ann and his father's name was Barack Obama, Sr. What - He is our 44th president elected. When- He was elected on November 4, 2008. Where - After he won he gave a speech to a crowd in Chicago's Grant Park. Why - He was elected because a lot of people voted for him and because he motto was "Change We Can Believe In" and "Yes We Can". His inauguration will be in Washington, DC on January 20, 2009. A presidential inauguration means that Barack Obama will put his left hand on the bible and raise his right hand and say these words: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States".
